Hi, can anyone tell me how many mushroom fixings I need to apply per board. Also, on the sheets I got the plasterboard is slightly offset from the insulation(there Iis an overhang on one end). Is there a certain way the sheet needs to be turned when I'm putting them up?

Sheets should really be stood up.

Cut the small piece of insulation off flush with the plasterboard (i'm assuming from your post it is overhanging by a couple of mm). The plasterboard should butt joint tightly to the sheet beside it.

Feck me I was thinking more like 8, get expanding foam make a zig, zag on the slab then put your fixings they wont go any where, if you put 16 to 20 theres a lot of patching before skim

Well if you put 5 down each edge you will have to put them at approx 100mm from the floor, then at 650mm, 1200mm, 1850mm and 2300mm.

That's 5 fixings down each edge and then one row in the middle = 15 fixings as a minimum...

I'm doing a small office fitout in dublin and we've been instructed to put 7 down each edge and middle = 21 fixings per board.
