After I use mouthwash a membrane like substance forms on my inner cheeks and lips. Anyone know what this might be and if it means anything? I can reach into my mouth with my fingers and pull it out in strings. It's white in colour.

very likely to be the very top layer of the lining of your mouth just shedding. unusual that it is only when you use mouthwash, or is it that you only notice it after mouthwash?
