    Hi,

Does anyone know, are there any tax rules preventing an Irish company from issuing sales invoices from a country outside the domestic boundary (India Portugal or US for example?)

Or can the invoice is sent anywhere in the world once the book of record entry and tax is paid correctly via the Irish company?

    Ask your accountant.

Exporting within the EU is pretty simple, fill out relevant VAT + VIES declarations and zero-rate it if B2B. Exporting outside the EU is more complicated as you then are subject to the foreign countries customs.

You're miss reading my question here I think

    - Irish company with export sales to Europe and Asia
    - Finance office is based in Ireland with a back office in India

Can the India finance team print and send the invoice to the customer of the Irish company?

Or are there any tax laws that outline the Invoice must be printed and send from Ireland?

All vat rules are met in both cases

    Hi

Not that I am aware of.

But the books and records of the company (or a copy of them in any case) must be kept in the state.

    Kind Regards
