Dell Xps 13 Or Xps 12 convertible

I have the choice of an XPS 13 with an i5-3317U processer, 128gb SSD and a 13.3in Hi-Def (720p) screen or an XPS 12 convertible also with an 128gb SSD a i5-3337U processor and a 12.5" FHD (1080P) screen.

Now as it's through a work offer I won't get to see either until I pick one and it's ordered in. Has any one played with either of these? Is the touch screen worth the smaller screen size?
I think the build quality is equally good in both models from reading reviews.

    Thanks

If you choose xps 12, then get the one with Haswell cpu(i7-4500U)
i5-3337U is Ivy Bridge, 3rd generation. Haswell(4th gen) will be much better on battery.

Got Xps 12 I7 3rd Gen 256 SSD from Dell outlet with 3 year warranty.

750 Euro good price as its a beast, screen amazing too. You wont be disappointed.

I finally got a look at the XPS 12 is it just me or does the small screen with the high resolution make small text or icons hard to read? I will be doing some programming and using some automation software and I'm afraid it might just be to difficult to see/read.
I loved the build quality though!

I looked at this as a compromise http://www.pcworld.ie/Product/TOSHIBA-Satellite-U840t103-14andquot-Touchscreen-Ultrabookandtrade/314628/301

8gb I5-3337 and a touch screen. The build quality seemed reasonably good but obviously the screen is not such a high resolution but it seemed grand.

    Any opinions?

    That's what 144 DPI (150%) is for. :D

What do you expect at 1920x1080 on a 12" display?

So 144 DPI would look like a normal display for certain applications?

Well, for most applications anyway. But there are always some programs that don't play well with larger DPI settings.
