    Its so good to know, that our esteemed MC, have made a judgment that will allow one of their members to continue practicing , after being found guilty of malpractice on two occasions. Reminds me of the time all those thieving Solicitors were allowed to remain in the fold after robbing money from the victims of abuse. Self Regulation ---- What a Joke !!!

    The Irish medical council has a lay (non medical) majority. Ireland is the only country in Europe where the medical profession is not self regulating.

    You're fully aware of their regulations and how they relate to this case I presume?
    Otherwise I can't think why you would start such a thread.
