banking with one bank

is there an advantage with staying with the one bank regards applying for a mortgage! I currently have an aib current account and a 7 day notice deposit account but I have no real regular savings account! should I stick with aib and open a regular savings account or should I go for another bank with a better interest rate?

Makes no difference who you save with once you can show regular savings when applying for a mortgage.
