    Hi guys,

I am an IT graduate looking for a Tech Support position to start off my career.

What are the most important things i need to be successful in getting such a role?

According to some job specs, for basic tech support you just need loads of experience, and MCSE certificate. Ideally CCNA also.
In reality, you just need experience. Somehow the western world has engineered itself into a weird catch 22, with the result that some people need to work as lowly or unpaid interns in order to get enough experience to be paid to do the same basic job.
