Hi guys I'm in the old system of the grants where you apply to local council. They called me today asking me to send in a P21 form. (Wtf is that for a start?) They said I may have to apply for one online. Is it my P21 they are looking for? Or my parents? I'm financially dependent on my parents.

with regards to if they want yours or your parents, its best to ask them but if you are applying as dependant on your parents, then they will most likely be looking for both yours and your parents but again its best to ask them
