    In reality, the pulse record for Dpp/Garda prosecutions, each individual body for other state prosecutions, and the prosecutor themselves in a private prosecution. The courts in theory have copies of all convictions, but these are not immediately accessible.

    Don't think so no. Not unless An Post tell the gardai but they usually don't AFAIK

    So if the director of corporate affairs took a case for say fraud or some other company law violation it would not appear on the Garda vetting record ?

    Fraud would be dealt with by the Dpp. If te office of the director of corporate enforcement did being such a prosecution he is entitled to pass this information on to the Dpp/gardai and they can enter it on pulse if they like.
