    Hi
On 13 July last ,I purchased a small item from R4i.ie ,after three
weeks and four e-mails,some sent to the parent company
(the business that appeared on my visa bill )
my order status was changed from "processing" to "shipped".
The site claims 24hr delivery using a well know Currier company .
After waiting another two weeks and a few more e-mails my order still
    hasn't arrived.
I have sent a text to the parent company through Face Book but no
response at all and any e-mails that I did send were responded by an
    automated system .
I paid for item using BOI/visa credit card and the purchase was processed on their side using Bank of Scotland verification.
Can BOI/Visa claim back the payment. Even though a small amount of money this is not right .
    What can we do please?
