Dishwasher tap adaptor/connector

I bought a table top dishwasher in Currys recently having been told it can be connected to my kitchen tap. However the only connections are the standard dishwasher/washing machine connectors which won't for the tap. I was wondering of anyone knew if you could get an adaptor or something that could replace the current…

However the only connections are the standard dishwasher/washing machine connectors which won't for the tap. I was wondering of anyone knew if you could get an adaptor or something that could replace the current aerator on the tap (22mm male connection) and which could then be attached to the dishwasher hose.
(I'd rather not go down the line of fitting a self-cutting tap)
