    Hi guys. Whenever I'm on the phone I can hear whomever I'm talking to perfectly but they can't/barely hear me. It's just over one year since I bought my phone so the guarantee has expired.

    Any ideas on what this could be or how I might fix it by myself. Someone suggested a factory restore but i can't see how that would help thanks
