Will the factory penalise me for fat cover ?

Will the factory penalise me for the fat cover, I am getting €360/kg so will they give me less now?

I doubt it I sent aa bullocks to the factory a few years ago the agent said they were over fat when he viewed them I wasn't docked. What age are your friesian s?

I think he means they are undercovered ring the factory, they wont be long about telling you

You will definitely be docked for fat score 1. You might even get hit for 2- unless you have chatted the factory first.

get someone out. once the head is off them you have no comeback

would you kill many or are you going through an agent. might have more leverage.

I kill some fr bulls every year
Server penalty for anything fat score1 unless you have a deal done(usually scarcity or 1 on a load)
make sure you have it cleared with factory
as for feeding ad lib meal and Straw
age 18-22 months depending on thrive
there are some that won't ever go to fat score 2 as far as I can see
and I know your going to ask what sorta profit all ill say is I'm still at it but you need to be enjoying a good line of credit from feed mill and be able to wait till factory needs beef

If you have fat score one's you will get a serious penalty maybe knocking off 40c to 60c a kilo. I get a serious penalty for even 2minus aswell same as before again around 60c per kilo deduction. With what you have I think you maybe better selling to someone else for further feeding as you could end up averaging only €3 a kilo.
