Hi, How do i go about ordering credit card statements online? Also how long does it take to receive them? And what is the procedure for closing a credit card account?? Thanks, Jo.

Hi jo16,

You can only order copies of statements that have already been issued. To request a copy statement you need to contact our customer service department on 1890 251 251, it is not possible to order them online. They can also assist you with closing your account.
