    Hi.
I'm thinking of starting this in September but I have problems with my knees. I'm reasonably fit from competition kettlebells but have let it slip and am no wear near the level of cardio that I need. Running might pose a problem with the knees.

Does anyone have a breakdown of the training sessions and what it would include? I'll be ringing them 2moro anyway, just wondering if anyone has gone through this. Its the 8 week programme, 4 days a week.

    Many thanks

not sure about white collar boxing. In our club ( just a run of the mill blue collar club lol) we do 30 mins skipping at the start. About 30 mins combined of bags, pads, shadowboxing. 30 mins conditioning. And then spar.

If you have knee problems do not run or skip. You need cardio that protects your knees, so try rowing, cycling, swimming or just hitting the bag.

started this last night. Knee is sore enough today. gonna rest it for a day or 2 then head back and change up some of the exercises that did the damage. Mainly a few drills at the start trying to tag each other and another trying to stand on each others toes. That and a few changes to the warm up should be ok.
