Currently looking at buying a D7000 body from
    http://www.procamerashop.co.uk/nikon-d7000-digital-slr-body.html for £460 (About €540).

Trouble is, I need the camera before Saturday and i've got doubts it'll get to me before then with their "1-5 working days delivery". Anyone know an Irish place that sells for near that price (or anywhere that can deliver before Saturday)?

Failing that... anyone with a D7000 they're looking to upgrade from? :P

Print out the page you linked to and bring it into the local camera shops & ask if they can price match it... I did the same with a motorcycle once and it worked...

Tried that, all I've checked so far are so far off 540 (Conns are selling used for 599 and refurbs for 699 for example) that it seems impossible they'll drop their price.

it's a bit unfair to expect a bricks and mortar shop operating in dublin city centre to be able to price match someone operating on probably bigger volumes, probably out of a warehouse in an industrial estate.

It doesn't have to be a 1:1 match, just something better than €8-900 or a €6-700 refurb.

Try Gunns. They always seem to be amongst the cheapest bricks and mortar stores in Dublin.

Btw that link in your OP is now showing £528.99 for body only.

seconded. a few things i've priced recently have been 10% cheaper in gunns than they were in conns.
