Thats reliant on UPnP. Ensure its enabled.

How do you do that? I need to know for Xbox Live. Thanks.

log onto modem > go to network settings > qos > class setup

turn off all 4 rules (click on the lightbulb to turn them off)

xbox should be able to stream then

Cheers. I'll give that a shot. XBL keeps randomly signing out in the middle of games/watching netflix and it's getting really annoying.

Hey, this doesn't seem to have worked. My Xbox Live keeps disconnecting and it's saying NAT error. Says I need to enable UPnP or open port 3074, but I haven't a clue how to do this.

to enable nat go to network settings > home networking > nat

tick the enable upnp and hit apply

Thanks, but it says it is enabled already. Do you know how to open port 3074?
