Pain on outside of foot. Help please !

    Guys I have a pain/discomfort in one foot when cycling. Its only on my right foot, on the outside along the edge, kind of from little toe to three quaters way back before ankle joint. Have tried doing few things, loosen shoes, tighten shoes etc. It feels like my foot is spilling out over edge of cleat. What should i do ? I asked my lbs and they suggested a spacer on pedal to bring it out a little. then I went to Hollingsworth Kilmacud( and they know I think) They suggested a moulded insert in my shoe which will make shoe fit better thus getting rid of pain, cheaper than new shoes at €25.

    Looking for other cyclists previous experience in same and possible suggestions please, thanks

    If it's painful an there's no obvious cause, see a doctor or chiropodist
