rough grazing, any ideas?

hi all,iv just been given 18 acres of rough hilly dry land. i want to keep it grazed down to keep it manageable, and also make a few bob. iv no overheads with the land. i was thinking of buying store lambs weather or ewr lambs? keep them over the winter?? as we have sheep already. maybe im way off de mark. any ideas. ??.…
