Dark foods while home whitening

    I got my braces off last week and today my dentist gave me Kool White 15% to whiten my teeth at night. I know when you get your teeth whitened in house you are supposed to avoid coffee, red wine etc for 24 hours. My question is, do I have to avoid these foods while home whitening? I didn't think to ask while I was there earlier. Dentist explained that most people use the kit for 10 - 14 days. That's a long time to go without a glass of red wine...

    Yes avoid red wine, black coffee and highly coloured foods while bleaching if you want maximium results. No its not a long time to go without a glass of wine.
