    Simple answer is no and when you ring up to ask about prices, they'll say "make us an offer".
    There may also be issues with title and how to deal with any defects in the property. Think there was a thread here or on the pin about it.

    This is par-du-course for buying a NAMA residential property.
    Bring your surveyor- and a valuer.
    Make a long and detailed list of everything yourself.
    Get a current valuation.
    Offer 30% less than they say the current value is (or pick some figure you're happy with)
    Sit back and wait.
