I have being thinking about where fert companies will put price on fert for next season. Urea will have to be sub 400 and for me to think about biting it would have to be 375. for 40t of fert it wouldnt be worth it. I would let the merchants deal with the aggravated grain farmers first just so they are sure the grain farmers cant be ridden for fert next season. So anyone offering Urea at 375?

thinking about the massive grain harvest just around the corner with larger stocks of grain for next season, usage will be done along with price. Takes of major falls in Potassium due to a cartel breakup in the east so they are reckoning K falling by 150$ ton. Urea for Dec is down about 12% in the last month

I certainly wouldnt put down money to buy, I would just contract to buy. Do you save money? maybe a little, but big advantage with future/contract of any commodity is to it take the peaks and troughs out of buying the input and to fix costs.
