Question on level 8 courses

    Hello! I am just curious about one thing regarding level 8 courses. If you have completed say 3 of the 4 years but are unable to continue into the 4th year, would you be able to gain a level 7 or do you have to finish the course?

    I'm just a little unsure on how it works and i'd hate to have done a few years and not be able to get any form of award out of the course redface.png

    I can't answer your question, but I would say that if it's a financial issue, you should know you can defer finishing your degree for a whole bunch of years. Those ECTS credits you've earned for all your modules, they're yours for good. They don't take them away if you take a few years out. You can still get an honours degree. You should call the Academic Advisory office tomorrow though. They'll know, or at least be able to point you in the right direction. Maybe even contact your department secretary for advice.
