Two broken spokes in 2 weeks - wheel bust?

So I have a pair of 2011 mavic cosmic elites. Bought them new in April this year from a private seller, figure I've done max 1500km on them.

Two weeks ago I broke a spoke, got it replaced in LBS and trued. Then did 200km on it no problem. However yesterday I broke a different spoke. Both the breaks happened about an inch from the nipple; both on rear wheel, one drive side and one non-drive.

So do I rinse and repeat and risk calling for a lift home in another two weeks? Or put it down to a bad batch and take the hit on a new rear wheel?

Anyone had a wheel turn out ok after a couple of breaks in succession?

I've had a bad run of spokes breaking , only posted about it here recently , it wasn't actually them breaking but more the nipples becoming undone , the last time it happened it was 3 together , always on the front wheel , ended up getting the wheel rebuilt as got peed of getting it repaired , so far so good .

Ask LBS to fix newly broken spoke, but also to check the overall wheel tension - many people fixing/truing a wheel (even experienced mechanics) do so by mostly tightening spokes, never considering that loosening the opposing spoke might achieve the same aim, and thus they can make the wheel overly tense, leading to repeated breakages. Loosening all the spokes by a quarter-turn and then re-truing it can often cure the problem of repeated spoke breakages, but they can be caused by other issues:

You could also loosen (de-tension) all of the spokes, to see if the rim is reasonably true, or is bent, and was being held true by winding some spokes very tight (your LBS might charge a good bit for this, though).
If this was the case, it's sometimes better to cut your losses, as many of the spokes will be stretched-out (no elasticity left) and the wheel may continue to suffer from broken or loosening spokes in the future.
