    My AIB card has been discontinued (rather inconveniently and abruptly) and my new card has yet to be sent out.

    Is there any way of transferring money between ROI accounts without having a valid debit card?

    With Valid ID, it could be done in an AIB Branch, or online banking, if you already have it.
