    Hi all, dont know if anyone has any idea what the repayments on a 80,000e morgage would be ? Cheers

    It depend on the loan to value and your age and the term you wish to borrow over.

    Anyone got anything that would calculate when coming off interest only what the full repayments would be ? Like loan of X, interest rate of Y and Z years interest only after which repayments will be ??

    I may be misunderstanding you, but as your interest only, the principle remains the same, so you can just calculate it with the same interest rate and the new term (total years minus Z years of interest only - assuming that you have not negotiated an extension)

    Have a look at the calculator I posted above, fill in the remaining principle X, the rate Y, and the term remaining total term minus Z and this will give you the payments.
