charger for samsung laptop

    Hi

    I have a samsung rc520 i have unfortunately travelled away with work for a few days without the charger, the sticker on the back of the laptop shows that its a19v 3.16 amp 60 watt input the local computer store only has 19v 4.74 90watt charger question is can i use that charger or will it affect the laptop? guy in the shop said there was a risk of it frying part of my motherboard?

    sorry if this is a dumb question :D

    If you need 19 V/3.16 A then 19 V/3.74 A is fine.
