    Yep, I registered it earlier this year. I was given a form, but now cant find it.

    I recall the form had a space for for a guards witness signature but I guess the law has changed since then.

    If you're not going to use it, fill in the RF150 and send it off.

    Thanks for the info. It turns out I need both forms a RF150 and RF100 for a newly imported bike.
