A related issue in the US Military is PTSD. I seen an excellent documentary about this on RT tv recently. It's called "Beer is Cheaper than Therapy"

I found it at online at Viooz: http://viooz.co/movies/18927-beer-is-cheaper-than-therapy-2011.html

    Also available at Archive.org: http://archive.org/details/BeerIsCheaperThanTherapyADocumentaryAsShownOnSvt
HTML5 and MPEG4 don't work but Flash and the Ogg Video link on the left works; stream or download and play with a media player (VLC).

According to documentary I think they try to say it is ptsd because they want to deny it.

    wiki also says
Suggested causes have included depleted uranium, sarin gas, smoke from burning oil wells, vaccinations, combat stress and psychological factors, though only pyridostigmine (an antitoxin for nerve agents) and organophosphate pesticides have been conclusively linked.

organophosphate pesticides are deadly poisons, organophosphate is in sheep dip i think, or at least a form of it

PTSD I guess is an umbrella term for various psychological conditions, that relate to a traumatic event.
I think that troops were experimented on and labeled PTSD, probably as one of those docs will point out.
Kind of like going to the doctor a few months/years after a strong dose of hormones or anti-biotics, and getting diagnosed with IBS.

i've recently read a book on the SAS doing raids during the first gulf war, the author SAS soldier cameron spence says they were asked to take these pills incase of chemical/biological warfare kicked off they were told they would give a level of protection against it, most of them didn't take the pills prefering to take they're chances with their NBC gear, anyways the author says that the troops that took the tablets had servere stomach problems, constipation and when they go drop a load it was black as the desert night and that was the start of their medical problems .he said that at any reunion you could see the number of blokes that took the pills were dropping all the time.something went seriously wrong.
