Cycle Computer Problems

I've just bought a Bell Console 200 cycle computer and am having problems setting it up. It says: "Using the table provided, determine the correct 4 digit wheel value based on the size of your tire.

    20" 1596
    22" 1759
    24" 1916
    26" 2073
    27"/700c 2124

I've checked the tires and it reads "SCHWALBE 23-622 (700 x 23C)..." the rest is pressure stuff. Seems like this is the tires.

So what 4 digit value do I enter?

uhuh see the bits in bold ;)

Roadies say 700C, only mountain bikers and people from the Peoples Judean Front use Inches.

    *cough Splitterz! cough*

I'm unfamiliar with the nomenclature of bike tires and that's why I asked the question.
