Looking to get a car, need some input from trusty motors.

Will be doing 20km on the m50 each way, 4 days a week, have a budget circa 3k.

Just looking for some good models that will be reliable and comfortable, I'd want something under a 1.5 and something that won't eat the petrol.

    Thanks

There is a Corolla in the bangernomics thread that would fit the bill. It's a red 03 saloon model with very low mileage.
