Jobs to be lost 2013

Just trying to see if we can estimate the true cost of jobs lost as a direct result of government policy. I think this is not out in the open and discussed as much as it should be. Should we raise awareness as a group discussion?
This year should see a significant impact of policy on jobs due to PTR , HRA etc
Has anybody got some stats that we can use in the forthcoming debate. We will need some evidence to use to show how much the government has really achieved in our sector.
