Getting BOI mail from old flatmate who's gone overseas

I keep getting mail from BOI for an old flatmate who left two years ago to go to Australia.

How do I go about getting BOI to stop sending me her mail?

Contacting her may be possible but it may also be impossible.  In the case that I can't track this person down is there anything BOI can do to stop spamming my address with someone elses old mail?

    Hi StickyIcky,

    Thanks for your post.

If you write 'Return to sender - not known at this address' on one of the letters and drop it into an An Post post box, the branch will place a note on the account which will stop further correspondence form being sent out.

    Thanks

    Billy
