There are about 6 people in each year, so it's a small course, but it makes everyone pretty close and creates a really nice environment :)

I know of one or two students that have gone on to study Dentistry having completed the Technology course.

Edit: I'm currently studying Dental Tech in Trinity at the moment.

How do you find the course? Do you find it interesting? I was talking to a girl who completed the course and she was telling me how it's really enjoyable and hands on.

I really love it. The tutors are incredibly helpful and very friendly. You do a lot of lab work from day one. You don't spend hours sitting in front of lectures taking notes, instead you're in the lab working away and constantly being kept busy.
You do have lectures with the dental students which combines practical work and theory which is quite interesting.

Overall I think if you enjoy working with you hands and also learning about dental theory then you'll really enjoy it. I personally find what we do enjoyable.
