Is This Some Kind Of Mosquito ?

I was sitting here on the pc and all of a sudden i felt something land on my arm, i blew at it and it flew off and landed on the wall, but it flew like a mosquito would, but on closer inspection It's colour and wings look a lot different than a mosquito. Just to add, this was in swords co. Dublin, for location. Can any one…

Its a 'plume moth' completely harmless, the white ones are beautiful here's one I took about two months ago....
