Maybe a bad batch? They shouldn't bulge after 200km, so I'd take it back to the shop, and maybe try something else. You don't seem to be the only one with the same problem: http://www.bikeradar.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40004&t=12859534

Had the exact same problem with Ultremo zx tyres - they bulged after 2/3 weeks of light use. I complained to Swalbhe tyres and they told me that the Ultremo's were "disposable" race tyres designed for pro race use - used once or twice and then changed. I got back to them and stated that they were not advertised as such etc, etc.
I know some people who have had schwalbes on their wheels for well over a year with no problems. Never had the problem with Blizzards which I have used in the winter on my own bike.
It definitely seems to be a schwalbe problem - but I got very little response from schwalbe UK.

I have had good experience with Schwable Blizzards in the past. It appears to be a fault in the tyre. This can happen if they are old stock or have been stored incorrectly maybe at wrong temperature too hot or too cold. I would bring them back to the shop who should replace again and take up the issue with their supplier/distributor.
