    Hi,
I hold a full clean B driver's license and I want to get my C license. I know that recently a rule came in that to do your test for a B license you have to have at least ten or so lessons. Does this rule apply for the C license if I already have the other one?

It does not apply for the C licence OP. The mandatory lessons only apply to Car and Motorcycle lp's.

OK thanks very much. Also would you know if I have to do another theory test before doing the test for full license? RSA website wasn't very clear

Yes you have to do the Truck Theory Test, apply for your LP and start your lessons. If you want to drive for a living (Work) then you will need to do the CPC MCQ and Case Studies as well.
