I'm trying to buy tickets for a bundesliga game for the weekend of 28th September. Does anyone have experience of buying these match tickets and what is the best site to buy them off. Any information would be greatly appreciated

I'd say the official website of that particular club would be your best bet.

I'll be in Berlin myself that day. Hopefully will be able to convince/trick the missus along to the Hertha game against Mainz :D

Anyone ideas of prices? Was in Hamburg last year for a game and paying on the day was pricey.

If you sit in the right places could get for about 15

Do you not care what city it's in (you don't specify in the OP)? Hertha Berlin are at home to Mainz on 28/9. You could probably walk right up to the gate and buy a ticket on the day (as they average about mid-40k attendances for a 77k stadium).

I bought a ticket for the Dortmund game tomorrow evening with Viagogo. Admittedly the ticket was a bit expensive but I wanted to get a Dortmund game in and I required specific dates so it worked out well.

The ticket was couriered by UPS to my address in Ireland in plenty of time.

Getting ready to travel tomorrow now!

I looked at that site but was unsure of it because I never used it before, but if you got tickets off them might worth it.

Buy from the official website of the team or call their ticket office.

Define the right places? Behind the goal with all the drunken lunatics? The missus would love that. (No seriously).
