    Hi All

I'm an Illustrator noob. Here is my query.
I have an old logo handdrawn and want to re-design it with a new colour. If I import into Illustrator and use image trace, when I change the colour everything changes on it. I just want it to be white text on a black background. I have tried on-line but cant find out how to do it :o

    See video attached.

You might need to expand the traced result. Then select only the parts you want to change. There is a colour wheel tool which lets you tweak individual colours.

I forgot to expand the selection in the video. Its just the B/W seems to make a nice vector. I assume by doing a colour one and after expanding the selection i can adjust the points by either eraser, etc

Thanks I'll try what you said :)
