I would like your assistance with regards to fees etc. I have completed 1 year in a uni and while I did not qualify for a grant and had to pay my 2500 registration fees, the actual course fees were paid by the government. Now I have found a course that is more suited to my interests,it did not exist last year.My question is what financial assistance would I get if I were to start 1st yr again in this new course (providing I get a place on it).I assume I would have to pay 2500 reg fees, and will not get a grant...but would I qualify for course fees paid by government? Any info greatly appreciated!

You will have to pay the student contribution fee of €2500 plus the tuition fees and you will probably be ineligible for a grant for year 1

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
