Hey Guys

Just wondering if anyone can help me. Have a 4month old Maltese/shih tzu. She is crate trained and spends most days between the house and garden. Heading back to work soon and was hoping to be able to leave her in the garden if the weather wasn't too bad! Got her a dog box but no way will she go in it. I have tried everything, put treats in there, her favourite toys, she will just drag everything out, she will sleep next to the box but won't go in. Am I wasting my time or does anyone have any tips???
