Any chance that visible 'editing times' could be increased?

Currently, when a user submits a post they have 2 minutes to make edits to it before edit history(/record) becomes visible.

Could this time limit be extended without causing space to collapse in on itself? Two minutes is feck all time to edit posts that don't just contain a few sentences.. the limit sometimes causes me to rush correcting a post and as a result people have quoted, responded to and argued against points I haven't really being trying to make. It can also make it appear that a user has elected to alter their view if an edit is ongoing and people keep quoting it.

It can be a pain in the hole at times.. I have no idea if it's a popular or in any way needed adjustment for anyone else, but it's something that annoys me about the usability of the site. You're basically up against the clock to make simple edits to a post just to avoid criticism for spelling, grammar or prose.. it's like Countdown but less fun.

Afaik we're just using the default vB limit here, doubt it's been adjusted on our end for any reason. I'll take a look into it tomorrow and see what's involved.

Have bumped it to 3 minutes. Rebuilt the bitfields there too, but still might take a short while to kick in properly.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
