Camper Insurance and ombudsman

Hi Guys me again, still cannot get insurance on our campervan,we are now going down route of Ombudsman.Just wondering if anyone else out there has gone down this route?? So worried thst they will come back with outrageous quote!!! Any advise greatly welcomed.
