Passed it for 3 years going to college on the Luas and the past month in my new job and it's got me wondering. Guessing it was squatters rights or something that got them that piece of land…

Settled travellers afaik, but such a random place for a house. Passed it for 3 years going to college on the Luas and the past month in my new job and it's got me wondering. Guessing it was squatters rights or something that got them that piece of land and they built on it?
