Parts for swivel high chair

Anyone know where I could get spare parts in Ireland for a swivel high chair. This chair cannot be matched, it is only one year old and the bearings are broken and the lift won't go up and down. I have trawled the net but can find nothing like the part needed. Help appreciated please.
