    Hi folks
Thinking of joining this gym for early morning sessions if possible.
Any thoughts or opinions on this place?
    Thanks in advance

I mostly go in the mornings during the week. Rarely if ever waiting for anything. Same at weekends.

    Thanks for the reply.
    What about staff, equipment, facilities?

What do you want to know about staff? From my experience they're all knowledgeable and approachable. Good few PTs on staff.
A lot of new equipment and plates.
The showers have hot water and soap.

    Any particular focus for you?

Yeah in the hallway and some in changing rooms. Have never been found wanting in the locker dept in my experience.

Some people leave their bags on shelf in gym with no problem.

Plenty of machines with stacks, plate-loaded machines and free weights. Spinning classes, Rip 60 classes. About 10 treadmills and cross trainers and few rowing machines.

Why is that? Not trying to be smart or anything.

It's got a great atmosphere, great equipment, If you're serious about getting some work done it's the place to be.

I'll second that. Motivates the **** out of you to better yourself whether you're new to lifting or you lift like an East German.

When looking for somewhere to live with the girlfriend, I vetoed three places on the grounds that they were too far from Raw. Best gym.
