    Can you explain what you mean by harassment in this hypothetical situation?

    By referring to parties, for example, are you talking about noise problems in campus accommodation? Or are you talking about individuals bullying a person? I presume it's the latter, in which case a person in that situation could approach the Gardaí if local avenues have been exhausted.

    Legal advice, medical advice including psychiatric and psychological, counselling.
    A student welfare officer should be available to assist in the above.
