Good signal but no picture

    I've installed a sky dish and am trying to align it up. I'm using an old sky box as the receiver. I'm currently getting 90% signal strength and 80% quality on the signal test page but no picture or sound, and when I go to 101(BBC 1) it just keeps saying searching for listings.

    Theres also no backround music in the menus.

    I'm guessing im aligned to the wrong satellite as the network ID and transport stream are reading null...is there another satellite close to astra 28.2?? Am i far off??

    I'm using the basic/cheap aligning device from tvtrade.

    Your probably hitting 19.2E instead,try moving the dish a small bit to the left if looking from behind :)

    It depends on which satellite you're aligned on, there are a few nearby - http://www.lyngsat.com/europe.html
