i was wondering is their any treatment for this ? from what I've read, surgery is the only sure guaranteed option to remove it, but if there's another method i could try first, id be willing to give it a go

if i was to take the surgery course of action, does anyone know the price of such a surgery? id be looking at the cheapest options...and im pretty sure i don't have health insurance that covers this.
