Problem with paying Hardwareversand

Last Friday I did a money transfer to Hardwareversand via online banking with Bank of Ireland but it seems they still haven't received the money, and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.
According to BoI, Hardwareversand should have received the money by yesterday at the latest, so I'm a bit worried that something has gone wrong. How long does it usually take Hardwareversand to receive their payment?

Not really any help but I've just done the same, transferred money to them yesterday. I expect a two day delivery time, because you know, they have to send someone to Germany to carry all the zeroes and ones. Joking aside, obviously a bank transfer should be instant but apparently two days isn't unusual. Given that, I'd have expected your transfer to have arrived by now.

I'm sure they will receive it in the next day or 2, I personally don't buy from HARDWAR as I don't like there payment method at all, and there elongated delivery, They can be cheaper though

Last year when I went into my bank to get them to do the transfer for me, hardwareversand got the money the following morning. I'd say something went amiss as that's a long time. I'd call your bank and get them to look into it.

I had problems with them there a couple of months ago and after a few emails and mistakes on both ends, I ended up cancelling my order.

I do like their prices but its far easier to order components and pay for them using the likes of Komplett and Dabs.

Personally bought from them twice in the last 6 mths and no issues. In each case I placed the order and did the transfer on a Sunday. Goods arrived the following Friday.
I think the problem comes when the incorrect information is entered as the reference for the payment and that delays the matching up of payments to orders.
I'm doing another order tomorrow so hopefully that goes smooth too!

Quick update, just got emailed that they had got my payment. This was transferred on Tuesday from an AIB account. Hopefully all ok with delivery now.

I rang up Bank of Ireland and they said that hardwareversand should have the money by now, but I still haven't gotten any confirmation from them.
I'm really starting to get frustrated now, HWVS are saying that they're going to cancel my order at the beginning of next week and I don't know how I'll get my money back if they cancel it.

I was thinking that I got their information wrong when I was doing the bank transfer, but I checked with BoI and the IBAN and swift codes are right, and I'm pretty sure I included the 'intended purpose' code in the message box when I did the transfer.

Has anyone ever rang up Hardwareversand? My German is not very good, to say the least.

First, check your spam filter just in case they sent you then an email confirmation, Second call them, they have english speakers.

Chabsey, can you tell me what the iban details are for HWVS are or where they are on their website. I cannot see them anywhere. Do they send you the details as part of the order process?
